Frank Qualls, age 94, of Corbin, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2011, at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
He was a US Army Infantry Veteran from World War II, and was preceded in death by his Parents.
He is survived by his Wife, Eunice Qualls.
There will be no visitation or funeral with burial in Rest Haven Cemetery in Corbin.
