Gary Eugene Hutton

Gary Eugene Hutton, age 56, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Friday October 7, 2022, at Baptist Health ER in Corbin, KY.

Born in Covington, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Theodore Hutton and Deloris Wilson Hutton.  Gary was a current Lieutenant with the West Knox Volunteer Fire Department, where he was an active member since 1983 holding numerous ranks and titles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Buddy Hutton, Donna Ware, and Della Hartman.

Gary is survived by his children, Kathrine Hutton (Scott), Brandi Hutton (Ashton), and Brian Hutton (Rebekah), grandchildren, Elijah, Isabella, Karston, Malaki, and A.J., siblings, Bill Hutton (Cathy), Robert Hutton (Wanda), James "Jimmy" Hutton (Karen), Steve Hutton (Rita), Donald Hutton (Darlene), James Hutton (Kathy), Ray Hutton, Kenny Hutton, Sharon Pohlman, Joella Hollingsworth, and Linda Lawson, and by numerous nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.

Visitation will be form 6-8pm on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the Knox County VFD standing guard.  His funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday October 12, 2022, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Bro. Joseph Hutton and Darryl Baker officiating.

Burial will follow in the Brafford Cemetery in Gray, Kentucky.  Pall bearers will be the West Knox Volunteer Fire Department.
