Glenual Beckham Puckett

December 5, 1923 — February 4, 2004

Glenual Beckham Puckett, age 80, of Gray, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
He was born on December 5, 1923, the Son of the Late Theodore Beckham Puckett and Nettie Glen Puckett.
He was retired from General Electric and an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a former member of the Campbell's Chapel Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Theodore Duwayne and Franklin Puckett.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Marie Puckett;Two Daughters, Carolyn Cavanaugh of Louisville, and Glenda Mason of Corbin; Two Step Children, Helen Gray of Barbourville, and Robert R. Smith of London. His brothers, Austin and J.C. Puckett; and his Sisters, Lavonne Davison, Sara Lou Vincent and Margie Lashley; 10 Grandchildren: Nicholas, Brandy, Tiffany, and Travis Wyrick, David Allen Mason, Robert S. Theodore Thompson III, Megan Gray, Angie Gray, Nikki Smith and Joey Smith; and Four Great Grandchildren, Keegan, Angel, Madilyn, and Tilly.
Funeral services will be on Saturday at 2:00pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Betty Frost Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Friday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street in Corbin.
