Gloria Edna Coffey

Gloria Edna Rogers Coffey, age 83 of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday January 15, 2014 at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.
She was a homemaker and foster mother.
Edna was preceded in death by her Husband Rev. William Kelcie Coffey; Sons, James Coffey, Ronnie Coffey, and Duane Sykes; Daughter, Barbara Barton; Grandson, Ethan Christopher Smith; Parents, George Rogers and Mary Katherine Romines Rogers Hawkins; Brothers, Rev. Richard Rogers, Glen Rogers, Ray Rogers, and Earl Rogers.
She is survived by her three Daughters, Wanda Russell (Charles Philpot); Linda Kinney; and Donna Bass; Son, Gene Coffey and wife Rose; Sisters, Gerri Daniels and husband Bill, Sue Hall and husband Wayne, Faye Wyatt, and Ann Johnson and husband Ed; Grandchildren, Angela Smith Barcol, Dustin Russell, Tracey Lee, Erica Jackson, Blake Tompkins, Veronica Honeycutt, Shashanna and Crystal Kinney, Tanna Rascon, Ashley Begley, Bryan and Roger Coffey, Anthony Bill Coffey, Marissa and Brandi Bass, Denise Hamilton, Kelly and Kevin Coffey; Many Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren; Foster Children, Jeffrey Sykes and Robbie Beach; and by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including special cousin, Ray Jones.
Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Sunday January 19, 2014 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin with Rev. Charles Robinson and Rev. Danny Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Stansbury Cemetery in Corbin.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Saturday January 18th at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
