Guy Saylor

Guy Saylor, age 86, of Corbin, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013, at The Heritage.
Born in Leslie County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late John D. Saylor and Celia Forester Saylor. He had worked for AT&T in Chicago, Illinois, and was a member of Lily Holiness Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Matilda, Dora Skidmore, Lizzie Skidmore, Garrett Saylor, Bill Saylor, Ray Saylor, Otto Saylor, Will Saylor, Perlie Johnson Russel, and Barnett Saylor.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Napier Saylor of Corbin; daughter, Darlene Saylor of Corbin; step-son, Roy Brock of Illinois; and several nieces and nephews including Janice Huff of Baxter, Kentucky, and Dennis Saylor of Corbin.
Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon on Monday, July 8th, until the Funeral at 2:00 pm at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. John Carter officiating.
Burial will be in the Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily.
