Hazel Ellison Hash, 79, of Corbin, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005 at Corbin Nursing Home.
Born March 20, 1926 in Corbin, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret White Ellison. She was a former nurse and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Debbie Proessel and Ruth E. Copley; and by her brother and sister-in-law, Marvin and Josephine Ellison.
She is survived by her husband Jennings Hash; daughters, Hope Durr of Akron, Ohio and Margaret White of London; son, Michael Hash of Lapeer, Michigan; five grandchildren, Rachel White, Gregory White, Krystal Wilson, Joe Hash and Julie Hash; two great-grandchildren, Savannah and Shelby Wilson; brother, Leland Ellison of Corbin; and numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law to mourn her passing.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Saturday at the Worley Cemetery on Fifth Street Road in Corbin. There will be no visitation. All arrangements are by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
