Henry Morgan

Henry Morgan, age 83, of Corbin, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Beech Tree Manor in Jellico, TN.

Born in Letcher County, KY, he was a son of the late Gordon Bennett Morgan and Bertie Mabel Holcomb Morgan. Henry worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for several coal companies throughout his life.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Morgan, son, Cliff Richardson, two brothers, Bennet Junior Morgan and Merrel Morgan, and a sister, Wilma Morgan.

He is survived by eight children, Darlene Baker (Bill), Robert Richardson, Timmy Richardson, Darrel Richardson, Charlotte, Donnie, and Ronnie, three sisters, Janice Thetford, Nina Fields, and Ella Everidge, and by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

At Henry’s request, a memorial will be held privately by his family.
