Herbert Hinkle

Herbert Hinkle, age 71, of Corbin, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Christian Care Communities.
Born in Pulaski County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Curtis Hinkle and Lillian Tucker Hinkle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Hinkle and sister, Ruth Peteclaire.
He is survived by two sons: Kenneth Hinkle and wife Denise of Corbin and Donald Wayne Hinkle and wife Anna of Corbin; siblings: Kenneth Hinkle of Corbin, Betty Campbell of Lynchburg, Virginia, Robert Riley of Corbin, Amos Riley of Keavy, and Pearl Ruggles of Woodbine; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews, all who mourn his passing.
Visitation will be from 12 Noon Friday, Dec. 7, until the funeral at 2pm at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. David Allen and Bro. Michael Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Wolf Pit Cemetery.
