Imogene Elliott

Imogene Elliott, age 86, of Corbin, passed away on Friday February 26, 2016 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
She was born in Whitley County and was preceded in death by her Husbands, John Luther Partin and Jack Dempsey Elliott; Children, Roberta McCowan, Charles Luther Partin, and Billy Wayne Partin; Parents, Peter Solomon Ballou and Sarah Elizabeth Hatfield Ballou; Brother, Pete Ballou, Sister, Floretta Jenkins, and by a Grandchild, Jill Buchanan.
Imogene is survived by her Daughters, Debbie McFarland, and Carolyn Sherman; Grandchildren, Chris, Heather, Heidi, Vickie, Tammy, Matt, Bronson, Jason, Kylie, Patrick Heath, and Rhonda; Great Grandchildren, Kristien, Kendall, Lisa, Ashley, Brittany, Brandy, Phoenix, Waylon, Aaron, Brevyn, Austin, Jacob, and Kaleb; and by five Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral service for Imogene Elliott will be held at 11am on Tuesday March 1, 2016 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. Patrick Heath Sherman officiating. Burial will follow in Hart Cemetery in Moore Hill in Corbin.
