Irene Williams

Irene Williams, age 84,of Lily, passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation.
Born in Dixon, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Parker D. Barton and Pearl Smith Barton. She was Baptist by faith and was owner and clerk at JR's Market.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, JR Williams; sister, Arlene Schmiederbush; brother, Fred Barton and his wife Leona.
She is survived by her three children: Shirley Taylor and husband Wayne and their two children Michael Maxwell and wife Christine, and Barbara Coffey and husband Rodger; Richard Williams and wife Kathy and their two children, Tina Carnes and husband Michael and Julie Williams; and David Williams and wife Mary and their three children Amy Galindo, Nicole Williams and fiance Ross Cook, and Holly Williams; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Barton and wife Joan; and sister, Judy Clark and her husband Clark, all who mourn her passing.
Visitation will be held from 12 Noon on Friday, November 25, until the funeral at 2pm at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Mason, Rev. Bacil Holder, and Rev. Charles Lanham officiating. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Cemetery.
