James Arthur Mills

James Arthur Mills, age 74, of Corbin, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at the Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
He was born July 31, 1929 in Knox County, Kentucky to the late Lee and Delilah Mills.
He was retired from General Motors having worked there for 30 years, and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Michigan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two Daughters, Phyllis Ludwig and Gladys Tippett.
He is survived by his wife Gladys Hemphill Mills; One Son, James Allen Mills of Corbin; a Daughter-in-Law, Ruth Rice of London; Three Brothers, Tom and Charlie Mills of Gray, and Lee Otis Mills of Corbin; One Sister, Madeline Smith of Corbin, and Four Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at 11AM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Monday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin.
