James Donald Tunstall

James Donald Tunstall, age 82, of Woodbine, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Pineville Community Hospital.
He was retired truck driver from Consolidated Freightway, a member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Corbin, a member of the Hugh Harris Masonic Lodge No. 938 F. & A.M. in Corbin, and he was a US Army veteran of Korea.
James was preceded in death by his Parents, Bethel and Odie Gilreath Tunstall, and by his Siblings, Harry Tunstall, Shirley Carr, Gary Tunstall, and Warren Tunstall.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Shirley Jarboe Tunstall whom he married on January 31, 1953; Son, Donald Tunstall of Woodbin; Grandchildren, Jason Tunstall and Jamie Tunstall both of Franklin, OH; Great Grandchildren, Bentley and Peyton Webb, and Star Tunstall; special daughter in law, Marcia Monde; and by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
Funeral service for Mr. Tunstall will be held at 2pm on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Perkins Cemetery in Woodbine with military honors by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th from 6-9pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Masonic service will be held at 7pm on Saturday.
