James Lee Disney

James Lee Disney, 74, of Gray, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Grays Knob, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Walter and Effie Fannon Disney. James was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 20 years of service, including Vietnam. He also owned Quality Hearing Aid in Corbin, and was a member of St. John Episcopal church.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by three brothers: Ray Disney, David T. Disney, and Dallas Wayne Disney; and two sisters: Anna Lois Johnson and Patricia Gayle Tubbs.
He is survived by his wife Mary Disney; children James David Disney (Barbara) of Gray, and Terrianna Jones of Gray; grandchildren Christopher Jones, Amanda Ward, Shannon Jones, James Aaron Disney, Cassidy Smith, and Courtney Ooten; five great-grandchildren; two sisters Ellen Baldisare (Louis) of Corbin, and Martha Sanders (Rod) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service will be at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 28, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Siler and Rev. Sean Disney officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Thursday. Military honors will be conducted at the funeral home.
