Jerry Lee Mason

Jerry Lee Mason, 72, of Gray, passed away on June 16, 2009, at his residence.
Born in Woodbine, he was the son of the late Uness Mason and Lorean Harmon Mason. He had been self-employed as a contractor and was a member of Gray Holiness Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Penny Delores Mason; and his sister, Beulah Hensley.
He is survived by his son, Randy Lee Mason and wife Deana of Houston, TX; daughters, Vickie Lynn Louette of E. Liverpool, OH, Mary Sue Falero of Menifee, CA, and Tina Jolly of Houston, TX; the mother of his children and the only woman he ever loved, Rose, of E. Liverpool, OH; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sylvia Lanham and husband Herman of Hattiesburg, MS, Virgie Carpenter and husband Mike of Corbin; brothers, Jimmy Mason and wife Imojene and Nathen Mason and wife Lee, all of Corbin; and numerous nieces and nephews, all who mourn his passing.
Visitation will be held from 12-2:00 pm Saturday, June 20, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm in the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Dan Watkins and Rev. Jeffrey A. Sturdivant.
Burial will follow in the Lynn Camp Cemetery with nephews serving as pallbearers.
