Johnnie Dean Miles

Johnnie Dean Messer Rains Miles, 52, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 17, 2005.
She was a member of Woodbine Christian Church and worked in insurance and billing for Marymount Medical Center in London.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jennings Edward Messer and Barbara Hale Messer.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Miles; her son, Robert Derreck Rains of Corbin; grandson, Taylor Dylan Edwards of Corbin; step-son, Joshua Miles of London; two beloved sisters, Sharre Hart and husband Will of Corbin and Delilah Driggers and husband Tommy of Corbin; nephews Cody Driggers and Ian Hart; best friends, Sheri Jones and Barbara White; and numerous friends and co-workers who mourn her passing.
Friends and family may gather at Locust Grove Cemetery in Keavy at 8:00 pm Tuesday, July 19, 2005 for a graveside service. Services will be led by Rev. J.R. Watson. There will be no visitation.
All arrangements are by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
