Juanita Hubbard St. John

Juanita Hubbard St. John, 91, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, November 2, 2009.
Born in Clay County, she was the daughter of the late John and Mertie Hubbard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mabel Gross; husband, Henry Lee St. John, three sisters, Tressie Allen, Ruth Parman, and Vernie McPherson; brother, Shelby Hubbard, two granddaughters, Theresa Godsey and Patricia Godsey;and two great-grandchildren, Jason and Jennifer Godsey.
She is survived by daughter, Joyce Vickers and husband Lonnie of Lily; two sons, Bill St. John and wife Angela of Corbin and Johnny St. John and wife Brenda of Keavy; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Smallwood of Corbin and William Hubbard of Lexington; and several nieces and nephews and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, Nov. 5, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
