Julia Ann Alsip

Julia Ann Alsip, 68, of Corbin, passed away early Monday morning, February 22, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin.
Born in Gray, KY, she was the daughter of the late Willie Moore and Bessie Durham Moore. She was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Julia was followed closely in death by her husband Charlie Alsip later that same evening.
She is survived by two children, Leona Brown and David Brown; three grandchildren; and her sister Martha Laflame.
Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, February 25, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. James Hodge officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Bark Camp Cemetery in Whitley County.
