Kathleen Gladys Peters

Kathleen Gladys Peters, age 54, of Ramona, CA, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024.

Born in Corbin, KY, she was the daughter of William "Bill" Doolin and Kathleen Jones Doolin. Whether it be school, service, or her career, Kathleen was both talented and dedicated in everything she did. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky. She served proudly in the United States Navy and was a valued insurance specialist with Kaiser Permanente. Most importantly, she was a loving daughter, sister, and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill, brother, William Doolin, Jr., and sister, Barbara Phipps.

Kathleen is survived by her mother, Kathleen, sisters, JoAnne Fore (the late Ricky) of Woodbine, KY, Donna Phipps (Roger) of Gray, KY, and Linda Ratliff (John) of London, KY, and by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
