Kathleen R. Owens

Kathleen R. Owens, 82,of Corbin, passed away on Monday, Sept. 24, 2007 at the Williamsburg Nursing Home.
Born in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late James Lee and Olive Gates Nipper. She had worked in housekeeping at the Holiday Inn in Cincinnati.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Wallace Owens; two grandchildren, Clayton "Andy" Andrew Anderson III and Eddie Owens; two great-grandchildren, Kristin Lynn Owens and Andrew Brayden Stanley.
She is survived by five children: Donna Evans of Tucson, Arizona, Eileen Nantz and husband Jerry of Corbin, Janet Anderson and husband Clayton of Indiana, Edward Owens and wife Regina of Cincinnati, and James Owens and wife Mary Ann of Cincinnati; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all who mourn her passing.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
