Larry Daniel Sizemore departed this life on Saturday, March 6, 2010, being 21 years, eight months, and six days of age. He was a 2006 graduate of South Laurel High School.
He is survived by his mother, Michele Lee Sizemore, of Lily; his father, Larry Sizemore, of Corbin; his step-father, Leroy Sizemore, of Lily; one sister, Latasha Nicole Sizemore and one brother, Sean Douglas Sizemore, both of Lily; grandparents, John and Phyllis Smith, both of Lily; grandmother, Edna Taylor, of Corbin; aunt, Amy Cupp and husband Andrew of Winchester, KY; uncles, Johnny Smith of Lily, Arnold Sizemore of Corbin, and Randy Sizemore and wife Martha of Corbin; and a host of family and friends that mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Andrew Taylor and Taylor Sizemore; and one uncle, Ronnie Sizemore.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, March 10, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. Craig Thomas officiating and Charles Robinson, Daniel Mason and Bacil Holder assisting. Burial will be in the Stansbury Cemetery in Corbin. The pallbearers will be Andrew Cupp, Eric Douglas, Dustin Humfleet, Steve Bustos, Johnny Smith, Roy Henson Jr., Bryan Robinson, and Nelson Patterson.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Tuesday, March 9, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
