Lillian Christopherson

Lillian Christopherson, 81, of Corbin, passed away at home on Thursday, July 1, 2010.
Born in Whitley County, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Ollie Worley Jones. Lillian was a retired waitress having worked at the Holiday Inn. She was a member of the Corinth Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Floyd and Emerson Jones; and by her sisters, Minnie White and Dora Hall.
She is survived by two children, Jake Bourland and wife Mary Ann, and Janice Kilker, all of Corbin; four grandchildren, Dawn Sevier, Jennifer Hoover, Selena Lawson, and Sarah Bourland; four great-grandchildren, Megan Sevier, Abigayle Sevier, Parker Lewis, and Keely Hoover; and by a sister, Judy Bunch, all who mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, July 3, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Lenny Strunk officiating. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday, July 2, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, KY.
