Lillie Mae Hamblin

Lillie Mae Hamblin, age 91, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2010, in Hutchenson Medical Center in Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, John Hamblin in 1998; Parents, Daniel B. Bowman and Martha Jane Gordon Bowman; Brothers, Clarence, Luther, Lloyd, George, and John Bowman; Sisters, Mary Huddleston, Clara Adams, Thelma Godsey and Cleo Godsey.
She is survived by two Daughters, Shelby Jean Bryant of Williamsburg and Anna Jane Thaler and husband David of Fort Oglethorpe, GA; Three Grandchildren, Charles Bryant and wife Angie of Williamsburg, Donald Ray Bryant of Middlesboro, and Carrie King and husband Eddie of Williamsburg; Five Great Grandchildren; Six Great Great Grandchildren; and one Great Great Great Granddaughter; two Brothers, Elisha and Samuel Lewis Bowman; Sister, Ethel Lawson; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends who will mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 2pm on Monday, January 25, 2010, at the Boston Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Lot Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 6-9pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home and on Monday from 1-2pm at the Boston Baptist Church.
