Lloyd "Cotton" Peters, age 78, of Lily, KY, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday March 30, 2020. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Otis and Bessie McHargue Peters and by his Brothers, W.A. Peters and Rudolph Peters. Cotton is survived by his Wife, Wanda Ball Peters; Son, Barry Peters (Jayne Head); Daughter, Tracy Mills (Rick); Grandsons, Travis Hammons (Amanda), Nick Mills (Hillary), and Ben Peters; Sisters, Wanda Jean Brock of Fairfield, OH; Faith DelaPena of Lily; Sue Viars of Mesa, AZ, and Mae Bales of Keavy; Cotton was also blessed with six Great Grandchildren; Brady Mills, Mason Mills, Tanner Mills, Piper Mills, Britton Edwards, and Caleb Hammons. A graveside service will be held privately.
