Lula Partin

Lula Partin, age 104, of Thomaston, GA, formerly of Corbin passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2009 in Georgia.
She was a retired from the Knox County School System where she had worked in the Lynn Camp Cafeteria. She was an 80year member of the Lynn Camp Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Dewey Partin and by her Parents, Bias and Martha Mahan Rose, and daughter, Gertie Partin Simpson.
She is survived by her Daughter, Janice Mullins of Lexington; Son, Don Partin and wife JoAnn of Thomaston, GA; Sister, Gladys Thompson of West Palm Beach, Fl; Grandchildren, Scott Partin and wife Margaret of Thomaston, GA; Lisa Mullins of Lexington; and Randy Simpson and wife Maxine of Nicholasville, KY.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 ,from 1pm until the time of the funeral at 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Jervis officiating.
Burial will follow in the Lynn Camp Cemetery in Corbin.
