Lynda Martin Taylor

Lynda Martin Taylor, 81, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday March 15, 2019.  Lynda will be remembered always as a loving wife, mother, homemaker, gardener and life-long member of First Presbyterian Church in Corbin, KY where she was an accomplished pianist, organist and shared her beautiful alto voice in the choir.
Lynda, daughter of Roy C. Martin and Helen Ott Martin was born on January 5, 1938. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Harold Ray, ‶Smokey″ Martin and Don Martin, and sister, Irene Martin Karr.
Lynda, is survived by her husband, Jack C. Taylor, two sisters Juanita Martin Cadle and Virginia Martin Hackler, her sons, Michael C. Taylor and Mark C. Taylor, her daughters-in-law, Kacy Sanderlin-Taylor and Lolita Lewis-Taylor,  her grandsons, Evan M. Taylor and Sean A. Taylor , step-grandsons David A.Smith and Brandon M. Smith, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and others who mourn her passing.
The family wishes to thank all who cared for her during her last days.
Funeral Services will 2 pm Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the Corbin Presbyterian Church with Rev. Lisa R. Eye officiating.. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2019 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home
