Margaret Ellen 'Babs' Keating

Margaret Ellen "Babs" Keating, 80, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at Baptist Health Corbin.
Born in Harlan County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Jerome G. Metcalf and Zelma Ball Metcalf. She was a homemaker and member of the 17th Street Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Carl F. Keating; daughters, Carla Elliott and husband Larry, and Jane Wages and husband Darrell; sister, Marilyn Greer; two grandchildren, Margaret Cox and husband David, and Jordan Wages and wife Elizabeth; and one great-grandchild, Elliott Cox.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 28, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 11am until the memorial service at 1 pm at the funeral home.
