Margaret Mason

Margaret Mason, 60, of Rockholds, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Born in Gatliff, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late John and Crittie Powers Monhollen. She was a Christian by faith and had been a housekeeping supervisor for Best Western.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Edna and Ruby Monhollen, Roberta Mitchell and Rozinia Mason; and four brothers, Arther, Bobby, Harrison and Maurice Monhollen.
She is survived by her husband James R. Mason; five children, Shanda Love and husband Kenneth, Josetta Lovett and husband Lester, Melissa Bennett, Tina Mullins and husband John, and Jeannie Brewer and husband Carvel; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Kathy Hackler; brothers, Arthor "Duke" Monhollen and John "Ken" Monhollen; and a host of family and friends who mourn her passing
Funeral service will be at 4:00 pm Saturday, April 5, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Logan officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery at Faber.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Mason, Carvel Brewer, David Mason, Kenny Love, John Mullins, Chris Pickett, Shane Pickett, and Justin Platt.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday at the funeral home.
