Marie Widner

Marie Widner, age 85, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away at her home on Saturday, January 22, 2022. She was born in Pineville, was a homemaker, and member of South Park Baptist Church. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Widner, parents, Jasper and Alifair Hensley, and by her siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Linda White and husband Terry, son Billy Widner, grandchildren, Robbie Rogers and wife Amanda and Jordan White and wife Katherine, great grandchildren, Ava Rogers, Colin Rogers, and Isaac Rogers, sister, Sally Clouse, and by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Tuesday January 25, 2022, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home in Corbin, KY. Her funeral service will then be held at 11:00am on Wednesday January 26th at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Broyles Cemetery in Whitley County, KY. Those attending either the visitation or funeral are asked to respect the wishes of the family and to wear a face covering for everyone's protection.
