Melanie Hall Burkhart

Melanie Hall Burkhart, age 58, of London, Kentucky, passed away on Monday May 22, 2023, at the home of her nephew who cared for her.

She was born in London, KY, a daughter of the late Hubert Hall and Sylvia Larkey Hall.   Melanie was a graduate of James A. Cawood High School and attended Cumberland College.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tabatha Muncy, brothers, Jimmy Hall and Michael Hall, sisters, Joanna Shepherd, Norma Collins, Benita Decker, Pam Babb, and Vicki Roland, and by her stepfather, Roy Hall.

Melanie is survived by her son, Joshua Muncy, brother, Roger Hall (Lisa), sisters, Helen King (Robert), Paula Webb (Greg), and Jane Seale (Fred), and by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends including special great nephews, Hunter Collins and Jagger Webb.

Visitation will be from 12-2pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, with Rev. Robert D. King officiating.
