Melda Lynn Allen

Melda Lynn Allen died March 6, 2013. She was born December 19, 1955 to Melvin and Margarate Smallwood.
She had one deceased brother and one sister. She was a member of Maynor Street Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Billy Allen. She was the mother of three sons: Melvin Wayne Allen, Danny Eugene Allen and Tony Richard Allen. She was also the grandmother of 14 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 11 am Saturday, March 9, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Buster Patterson officiating. Burial will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Allen, Tony Allen, Jordan Allen, Kole and Nancy Messer, Henry Hall, and Danny Allen.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Friday, March 8, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
