Mildred Carol Hayden

Mildred Carol Hayden, age 63, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the North Metro Knoxville Medical Center.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was preceded in death by her father and mother, Clinton and Virginia Hayden, mother, Axie Elliott, sister, Barbie Elliott, and by a sister-in-law, Heather Elliott.

She is survived by her father, Lester "Buck" Elliott, daughter, Kayla Ledington, son, Jesse Hayden and wife Courtney, grandchildren, Alissa Garland Ledington, Hayden Ledington, Caleigh Elliott, Sawyer Hayden, Sadie Hayden, and Mattie Jo Hayden, and by her siblings, Derotha Bradley, Mike Elliott, Mark Elliott, William Elliott, Lillian Wade, and Aletha Hayden.

Visitation will be held from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday January 21, 2022, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, with Rev. Albert Jones, Rev. Anthony Barton, and Rev. Greg Medlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Gray Cemetery.
