Myrtle Holland Miracle

Myrtle Holland Miracle, 86, of Gray, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at Baptist Regional Medical Center. Born in Leslie County, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Ellen Jones Holland. Myrtle was a homemaker and a member of the Living Waters Pentecostal Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Miracle; brothers, Huey, Willie and Ed Holland; and sister, Quillie Jones. Myrtle is survived by two sons, William "Willie" Miracle and wife Janie of Corbin and Jerry Miracle and wife Brenda of Gray; seven grandchildren, Melissa Darlene, William Jr., Steven, Jennifer, Michael, Shelly and Misty; 22 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; a brother, Benny Holland of Leslie County; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends who mourn her passing. Funeral service will be at 2 pm Friday, Nov. 12, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Humfleet and Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery.
