Nadine Rogers

Nadine Rogers, 86, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at the Christian Health Center in Corbin.
Born in Corbin, she was the daughter of the later Garrard and Daley Owens. Nadine was a homemaker and a devoted mother to all her children, especially her late daughter Sheila Ann Rogers. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Steely Rogers, Sr.; children Keith Dale Rogers and James Harold Rogers; sister Pauline Davis; and grandson Daniel Rogers.
Nadine is survived by her children Edward Lee Rogers (Margie), William Steely Rogers (Pat), Paul Wayne Rogers (Karen), Aretta Liford (Jake), and Judy Lynn Helton (Frank); grandchildren Tim, Tammy, Kim, William, Jacob, Joe and Chris; and by 10 great-grandchildren, all who mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will be in the Hart Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
