Norma 'Binkie' Foley

Norma "Binkie" Foley, age 73, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022, at Baptist Health Corbin.
Born in New Hall, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Emmett Henderson and Jeraldine Boardwine Henderson. Binkie was a retired registered nurse. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and reading, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren who she loved dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald D. Foley.
She is survived by her daughter, Patti Smith (Travis); grandchildren, Mackenzie Smith, Makayla Smith, and Travis Conner Smith; sisters, Ann Wilburn (Ron), Cathy Davis, and Terri Schoolcraft (Bob); and by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be from 1-2pm on Saturday, January 8, 2021, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where her funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin.
Pallbearers will be, Justin Jones, Travis Conner Smith, Travis Smith, Austin Roberts, Roger Helton, and Bob Schoolcraft. Honorary pallbearers will be, Ronnie Wilburn, Scott Wilburn, and Ralph Helton.
