Phyllis Ann Lockhart

Phyllis Ann Lockhart, age 66, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Monday September 26, 2022, at her home in Corbin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Lockhart, parents, Arnie Lewis and Freda Smith Hensley, grandson, Caleb Stradley, and by her sisters, Robin Sweet and Wilma Mills.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Tara Stradley and Robert Lockhart (Brandy), grandchildren, Axton Mills, Caden Stradley, Colton Stradley, Mason Lockhart, Christian Allen-Lockhart, Calix Lockhart, and Canyon Lockhart, siblings, Rosemary Rutledge (Danny), Daniel Lewis, Arnie "Butchie" Lewis, Arlene Lewis, Mike "Duke" Hensley, Josie Hensley, Ike Hensley, and Jean Carter.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Phyllis Lockhart from 6-7 pm on Thursday September 29, 2022, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701.   Rev. Ronnie Mitchell will officiate her service beginning at 7pm
