Phyllis Ann Middleton

Phyllis Ann Middleton, 66, of Gray, passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.
Born in Knox County, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Tom and Christine Brewer Mills. She was also preceded in death by her husband Raymond Middleton; and brothers Clint and Bill Mills.
She is survived by her son James A. Love (Alicia); daughter Barbara Masters (Pete); son Robbie Mills; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother Art Mills of Indianapolis, Indiana; and sister Norma Muncy (Greg) of Corbin.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Eversole officiating. Burial will be in Brafford Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
