Raleigh David Bennett

Raleigh "David" Bennett, 57, of Corbin, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at his home.
Born in Woodbine, David was the son of the late Alvin Bennett and  mother Lois Helton Bennett who survives. He had worked as a sales associate at Lowe's.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister Brenda K. Bennett.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Fogus Bennett; two sons, Andrew Bennett and J.D. Bennett; mother, Lois Bennett; granddaughter, Sara Grace Loraine Bennett; six siblings, Wilma Jean  Wilburn, Karen Louise Weaver, Kimberly Canada, Debra White, Rodney Bennett, and Randy Bennett; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends, including life-long friend Vince Walters, and brothers at heart Ronald, Ronnie, Russell, and Roger Bennett.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Bennett Cemetery in Whitley County.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 10, at the funeral home.
