Raymond Alsip

Raymond O.  Alsip, age 85, of Williamsburg, passed away on Wednesday June 20, 2018 at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin.
He was born in Corbin, Kentucky the son of the late Alex and Mary Clark Alsip.  Raymond was the retired owner operator of A1 Carpet Cleaning.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death his Brothers and Sisters; and by a great Grandson, Christopher Scott Alsip-Knight.
He is survived by his Sons, Eugene Alsip and wife Cindy; Gary Alsip and wife Dawn, and William "Doug" Alsip and wife Kay; Daughter, Cindy Platt and husband Tim,  a host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, and by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service for Raymond Alsip will be held at 1pm on Saturday June 23, 2018 at Frankfort Baptist Church on Bee Creek Road in Corbin with Rev. James Hodge officiating.
Burial will follow in Bark Camp Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday June 22nd at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
