Retha 'Diane' Profitt

Retha "Diane" Profitt, 52, of Corbin, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2006.
Born October 2, 1952 in Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William Clarence Brewer and Lorine Helton Brewer Collins. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. She was a registered nurse and had worked at Marymount Medical Center, the Christian Health Center, and most recently had worked as a hospice nurse for four years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tyrone Brewer; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gabert and Elva Profitt.
She is survived by her husband Terry Donald Profitt; three sons, Terry Michael Profitt and wife Theresa, Jerry Lee Profitt and wife Crystal, and Jacob Profitt and fiancee Elizabeth Vincent; brother, Boyd Brewer and wife Frances; sister, Patricia Hull; grandchildren, Kellsha, Cody, Elizabeth Jade, Austin, Cassandra, Hailee, Harley and Autumn Profitt; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who will mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Profitt Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Tuesday, Aug. 22, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
