Rex Allan Lee Vaughn

Rex Allen Lee Vaughn, age 30 days, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2008, at Baptist Regional Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Doris and Reed Vaughn; Great Grandparents, Ruth and Kenneth Masters and Emmy Mize; Aunt, Angela Vaughn; and Uncles, Ricky and Richard Vaughn.
He is survived by his Parents, Rex Vaughn and April Chadwell; Sister, Kathy Chadwell, Brother, William Chadwell; Grandparents, Edna Wilson and Willard Mitchell; Aunts and Uncles, Jessica Vaughn; Chaz and Candice Chadwell; Adam Bryant; Great Aunt and Uncle, Gary and Donna Masters; God Mother Doris Flannely; Numerous Family and Cousins including; Brittany, Kendra, Dalton and Derek Bryant; Dalton, Kaley, Chris, Donna, Pamela, Lisa, and Theresa Vaughn; and Michael and Goldie Eaton.
Funeral service will be at 2pm on Friday, October 10, 2008, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Martin and Rev. Ivan Spencer officiating.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Thursday, October 9th, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
