Announcing a change of address for Robert (Bob) Ohler. Robert relocated peacefully to his eternal heavenly home on June 13, 2022. Rather than "Goodbye" the family told Robert we will "See You Later". Robert was born in April, 1941 to the late June and Dr. Raymond Ohler of Corbin, KY. Robert was preceded in death by his high-school sweetheart and wife of 60 years, Martha. Robert graduated from Cumberland College (now University of the Cumberlands). He taught high school for four years, owned a family furniture business in Corbin, KY, and worked in hotel operations. Robert lived in Sarasota, FL for 37 years and moved to Farragut, TN in 2018. Robert loved dogs. Dogs were family members. Robert was an avid lover of boating, fishing, and country music. Robert was a member of several churches over the years. He enjoyed Bible study and serving as an Elder. Robert is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Ingle (Steven) of Farragut, Tennessee and Martha Ohler-Guerrero of Glenview, Illinois; two grandchildren, Maia Guerrero and Destin Guerrero of Glenview, Illinois. At Robert's request, there will be no funeral service. He wanted the family to gather and share favorite memories. Robert will be laid to rest in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
