Robert Christopher Coleman Henson

Robert Christopher Coleman Henson, age 74, of Corbin, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at his home in Corbin. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Hargis Henson and Lucy Edwards Henson; Brothers, McKinley Henson and T.J. Henson and by a Sister, Evaline Henson. Robert is survived by his Children, Robert E. Henson and wife Jennifer, Alex Wayne Henson and wife Valerie, Sharon Rush and husband Roger, and Brenda Hanagan and husband Eddie; 12 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Otis Henson and Roy Henson; Sisters, Dessil Mason and Edna Taylor; Companion and former Wife, Anna Patton; and by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday January 4, 2020 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Stansbury Cemetery in Corbin. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Friday January 3rd at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
