Ronnie Glen Reeves

Ronnie Glen Reeves, 72, of Corbin passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at his home. Born in Corbin, he was a son of the late Cecil and Lucy Moore Reeves. He was also preceded in death by a brother Cecil Reeves and sisters Shirley Cullum and Linda Henderson. Ronnie served in the U.S. Army 1968-1971 and worked at Whayne Supply Co. (now Boyd) for 42 years as a mechanic. He had been a Mason and Shriner and a faithful member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Norma Reeves; sons Scot Joseph Reeves and Brett M. Reeves and wife Reana; a grandson Lucas Scott Reeves; a brother Billy Reeves; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Monday, April 12, at the Poplar Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating. Visitation will begin there at 1pm. Burial will follow at the Worley Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion Post 88 honor guard. Memorials are suggested to the Poplar Grove Baptist Church.
