Ronnie L. Jewell, Sr.

Ronnie L. Jewell Sr., 58, of Madison Street in Corbin, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2004 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center.
He was a truck driver and a member of Central Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother Minnie Jones Jewell Meece; son Ronnie Jewell Jr. and his wife Stacy; daughter Jeannette Howard and husband Eugene; five grandchildren, Travis and Lesley Howard, and Naythan, Payton and Preston Jewell; two brothers R.L. Jewell and Carson Jewell, both of Bedford, Indiana; and three sisters Lois Fish, Marcia Brotherton and Katy Lewis, all of Bedford, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his father Earnest Jewell, his brother Irvin Jewell and his sister Jerri.
The funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday in the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Bobby Joe Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Worley Cemetery on Fifth Street Road, Corbin.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
