Rosa Lee Jones

Rosa Lee Jones, 69, of Gray, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016, at UK Medical Center in Lexington.
Born in Gray, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Gorman and Joy Nelson Engle. She was a homemaker and a member of the Candle Ridge Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George V. Jones; daughter Tina Taylor; brothers Ricky Engle, Pete Engle, and Donnie Engle; sisters Darlene Higgins and Bertha Jean Engle; and grandsons Brandon Jones and Johnathan Carlos Jones.
She is survived by six children: Teresa Taylor, Lisa Roark, Noah Lincoln Taylor, George Dewayne Jones, Georgia Brock and husband James and John Jones; companion Arlis Rose; grandchildren: April Taylor, Ronnie Taylor, Crystal Bennett, Michael Taylor, Chris Roark, Shawn Roark, Josh Roark, Steven Knuckles, Dewayne Jones, Ashley Swafford, Devin Jones, and Jason Jones; several great-grandchildren; two sisters Rita Smith and Elizabeth Elliott; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends who mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Candle Ridge Baptist Church with Rev. Dwight Engle and Rev. Dennis Engle officiating. Burial will be in the Candle Ridge Cemetery.
The family will received friends on Thursday, April 14, from 6:00-9:00 P.M. at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home and from 12 Noon Friday until the time of the funeral at the Candle Ridge Baptist Church.
