Rose E. Love

Rose E. Love, 90, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019 at her residence in Lexington.
Born in Wallins Creek in Harlan County, Kentucky, Rose was the daughter of the late James and Pansy Blanton. She had worked as a waitress and was a member of the Lily Missionary Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands T. R. Cottingim and  Carl Love; and by all of siblings except brother Jay.
She is survived by her son, Tom Cottingim and wife Judy; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and her brother Jay Blanton of Indiana.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the Pine Hill Cemetery with Rev. Wilmer Evans officiating. Friends may meet at the funeral home at 1:30 Wednesday for procession to the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Hospice of Bluegrass Care Navigators.
