Ruby Lee Frazier Storms Moore, age 90, of Corbin, passed away on Thursday March 1, 2018 at the Christian Health Care Center in Corbin.
She was born in Emanuel, Kentucky to the late Lon E. Frazier and Fannie Anderson Frazier.  Ruby was a retired housekeeping supervisor with Holiday Inn.  She attended North Corbin Holiness Church and Hopewell Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husbands, Jessie Vernon Storms and Sid Moore; Son, Donnie Ray Storms, Brother, Hoyl Winford Frazier; Sister and Brother in law, Wanda and Red Stamper.
Ruby is survived by her Children; Daughter in law Lulla Belle Thomas Storms, Wayne Storms (Nancy), Patricia Storms Boggs (Bill) all of Corbin, Barbara Storms Vermillion (Dennis) of Kodak, TN, Sandra Storms Tuggle (Marvin) of Ft. Worth, TX, Louella Storms Carmack (James) of Tyler, TX, Gary Storms (Nikki) of Corbin, Connie Storms Bates (Jim) of London, Janice Storms Ooten (Eddie) of Corbin, and Tammy Storms Rush (Wayne) of London, Grandchildren; Michael Wayne Storms, Mark David Storms, Melissa Storms Oaks (Chet), Gary Ray Storms (Nancy), Justin Wade Storms (Traci), Christy Boggs Britton (Kevin), Tonya Boggs Castle (Sam), Cheryl Boggs, Tiffany Wright Lasecki (Todd), Scott Wright, Cindy Tuggle Lindamood (Jeff), Jamie Carmack (Michelle), Christopher Storms (Jessica), Matthew Storms, Timothy Storms, Jacob Poff, Kayla Poff, Kim Bates Steely (Danny), Jason Bates (Misty), Josh Bates (Amy), Adam Ooten (Erica), Tracy Rush Asher (James), and Richard Rush (Crystal); Great Grandchildren; Brett Storms, Kaitlyn Storms, Jared Storms, Amber Storms, Cameron Storms, Whitney Hall Sowders (Andrew), Bracken Castle, Blakely Castle, Shelby McLean, Jesse McLean, Caleb Carmack, Emilee Steely, Ryan Steely, Issacc Steely, Austin Ooten, Madelyn Ooten, Nicholas Asher, Mason Asher, Payton Rush, Colton Bates, Cadon Bates, Kilee Bates, Tevin Lasecki, Addison Storms, Lilian Storms, Rilay Storms, and Mattie Storms;  Great great Grandchildren; Madelyn Smith, Paxton Rush, Braylei Gambrel, and Cobe Gambrel; and by many other family and dear friends.
Funeral service for Ruby Moore will be held at 12noon on Monday March 5, 2018 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Herschel Walker and Rev. Brent Carroll officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Knox County.  Pall bearers will be Michael Storms, Mark Storms, Ray Storms, Justin Storms, Richard Rush, Jamie Carmack, Scott Wright, Matthew Storms, Christopher Storms, Timothy Storms, Joshua Bates, Jason Bates, Adam Ooten, and Jacob Poff.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Sunday March 4, 2018 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home where messages may be written to the family at vankirkgrisellfuneralhome.com
