Ruby Young

Ruby Hinkle Young, age 77, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2005 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin.
She was born on April 2, 1927 in Knox County to the Late Arthur and Edna Messer Hinkle. She was a homemaker and a member of the Chapel Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Maurice Young in 2000; Three Brothers, Homer, Earl, and H.C. Hinkle, and a Sister Ethel Mitchell.
She is survived by Two Daughters, Kellie Gentling and her husband Todd of Broken Arrow, OK, formerly of Corbin, and Mary Manns and her husband George of Woodbine; Five Grandchildren, Shawn M. Young, Shaun Manns, Aaron Manns, Paige and Claire Gentling; one Great Grandson, Andrew Michael Young; Her Brothers and Sisters; Cleda McVey, Cleveland Hinkle, and Margaret Bays all of Woodbine, Dennis Ray Hinkle of Dayton, OH, and Patty Pokki of Columbia, SC; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral service will be at 12noon on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Terrell Cemetery.
Visitation from 6-8pm on Monday, March 14, 2005 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
