Shelia Ann Butters

Shelia Ann Butters, age 51, of Corbin, passed away Friday, March 4, 2005 at her home.
She was born on March 31, 1953 in Corbin to the late Elsie Hurd Scalf and David Scalf Jr. She was a homemaker and a Baptist by Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Brenda Williams, and her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. David Scalf Sr.
She is survived by her Husband of 33 years John Butters; A loving Daughter, Melissa Johnson and husband Michael; Four Grandchildren, Brittany, Morgan, Mason, and Dylan Johnson all of Keavy; Brother, Larry Scalf and wife Reba of Corbin; Sister, Louise Hutz and husband Paul of Windsor, Ontario; Mother-in-law, Nancy Barton of Corbin;  Two Sister-in-laws, JoAnn Frandeka and husband Jack of Clearwater, FL, and Patty Cohen of Hollywood, FL; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends who will mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 1pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Hale officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens, Lily, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 6-9pm on Tuesday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
