Shirley Jean Lawson

Shirley Jean Lawson, age 71, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation in Corbin.

Born in Lexington, Kentucky, she was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Storie; mother, Dorothy Lewis Hall; and by two sisters, Tabitha Wheeler and Patricia Griffin.

Shirley is survived by her two daughters, Tammy Bargo Prater (Mark), and Jamie Ealy (Harold); grandchildren, Madyson Coppock (Jacob), Logan Bargo, Drew Ealy, and Ryan Ealy; great-granddaughter, Eden Coppock, and by a brother, Charles Hall.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Friday, October 11, 2024, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, 607 Master Street, Corbin, Kentucky.
